Additionally:- For First Time Buyers or subsequent purchasers we look to obtain an Agreement in Principal on your behalf to put you in a stronger position when offering on properties.
We can also liaise with solicitors and estate agents on your behalf to ensure the purchase process is as stress free as possible.
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
You choose how we are paid
For mortgage advice a combination of fee £395 and commission from the lender - a fee of £95 for our advice and recommendation , payable on mortgage application, and a fee of £300 (paid on completion).
Or For mortgage advice a fee of £95 for our advice & recommendation, payable on mortgage application, plus a fee of £800 (paid on completion) for total mortgage processing and administration.
In this instance we will then refund you any commission we will receive from the lender.
