Initial free consultation
For mortgage advice you can choose how we are paid. Pay a fee or a combination of fee and commission from the lender.
For mortgage advice a combination of fee £395 and commission from the lender - a fee of £95 for our advice and recommendation , payable on application, and a fee of £300 (paid on completion).
OR
Fee only option is:- £895 for our advice and recommendation, for researching the market and selecting a mortgage that best suits your needs. Of this fee, £95.00 is payable immediately , with the remainder of £800 payable on completion. We will also refund to you any commision we recieve from the mortgage lender.
